Paracline reserves the right to pause or discontinue work if payment is not received in accordance with the agreed terms.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of information shared during the course of an engagement. Confidential information includes business data, strategies, financial information, and any materials marked as confidential. Specific confidentiality obligations are formalised through a non-disclosure agreement signed at the commencement of each engagement.

9. Disclaimers

Our consulting services are provided on an advisory basis. While we exercise reasonable care and professional judgement in our work, all recommendations are made based on the information available to us at the time of the engagement. We do not warrant specific business outcomes, and decisions to act on our recommendations remain entirely with the client. Our website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paracline's total liability arising from or in connection with any engagement shall not exceed the fees paid for that specific engagement. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from the use of our services or website.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement by providing written notice. Termination terms, including any applicable fees for work completed, are specified in the engagement scope document. 12. Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be referred to and resolved by the courts of Hong Kong.
